Sandra Baxter is a Research Associate (Research Uptake) at the Research for Equitable Access and Learning (REAL) Centre, University of Cambridge. She previously worked at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex for nearly 20 years, managing large evidence and learning programmes tailored to development agencies’ (particularly DFID) evidence and learning needs. She specialises in communicating research findings for improved evidence-informed decision-making and development outcomes.
