Noluthando Thandi Mthethwa is a Senior Knowledge Management Officer at the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA), with more than 18 years of experience in knowledge management, strategic communications, research, monitoring and evaluation, and partnerships.

She has worked across the United Nations, the African Union, the private sector and the media. Her work focuses on translating research, programme evidence and institutional knowledge into policy, stronger programmes and informed decision-making.
