Kouamé Kouman Aimé is an education specialist with over 15 years of experience leading transformative education programs across Africa, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. He currently serves as Programme Coordinator at the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA), where he supports Educations programmes, cross-country collaboration and strategic reforms. Kouame has worked with leading organizations such as UNICEF, IRC, Plan International and Save the Children, with a strong focus on education in emergencies, policy advocacy, and teacher development. He holds a Master’s in Linguistics and Communication and is passionate about building resilient, inclusive education systems.
