Index of the ADEA Newsletter, 1993 to 1997
This index covers ADEA Newsletter issues from Vol. 5, No. 1 (1993) to Vol. 9, No. 4 (1997). Prior to 1993 (Volumes 1 to 5), the Newsletter was produced by the World Bank's Africa Region Technical Department, which was then responsible for the management of the association.
In 1992, ADEA established a small Secretariat in Paris, hosted by the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) of UNESCO. Production of the ADEA Newsletter was temporarily halted during the move from Washington to Paris. It was resumed in 1993, the first full year that the Secretariat worked out of Paris. As of Volume 5, the ADEA Newsletter has been produced on a quarterly basis. The Newsletter has been published online since 1996.
How to use the Index
The ADEA Newsletter Index has three sections:
Contributions by African Ministers of Education are also highlighted. The references (X-Y-Z) that follow each entry and subentry in the Subject and Country Indexes indicate: (X) the Volume Number, (Y) the Issue Number, and (Z) the Page Number, respectively.
