Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and an Executive Master's in Management, Communications and Branding. Her academic path spans multiple African countries, including South Africa, Rwanda, and Burundi, giving her firsthand exposure and a growing passion for the continent's diverse educational landscapes and a deep appreciation for cross-cultural exchange.
With a strong interest and background in content creation and strategic communication, Tara brings a sharp eye for storytelling and brand positioning. She first joined ADEA as an intern in 2025, contributing to the Association's digital communications, brand management, and marketing initiatives. Her work supports ADEA's mission to advance education and capacity development across Africa, helping strengthen the Association's visibility and amplify its advocacy for improved learning outcomes continent-wide.
