Finding the right Teacher Continuous Professional Development model

Is there a value in establishing a social space, equipped with teacher resources, to coordinate teacher continuous professional development? Enter Teacher's Lounge, Co-Creation Hub's initiative to make CPD more engaging. In this edition of ADEA's ALT podcast, we discussed the impact of CC-Hub's Teacher's Lounge in skilling teachers around innovative pedagogy, subject mastery, digital literacy and socio-emotional well being.

The Teacher's Lounge started off as STEM Cell on WhatsApp, during COVID-19. It was a means to keep up interaction with teachers and share teaching best practices. It has since evolved into a community of practice that triggered peer learning among participants.
