Pénélope SEMI-AKA is a dynamic and committed professional specializing in project management, communication and strategic organization. Recently recruited as Executive Assistant at ADEA, she uses her expertise to support the administrative management of the Education and Skills Data Challenge project.

With diversified experience in the corporate, associative and entrepreneurial sectors, she has managed over 20 projects, developed global corporate strategies and key partnerships. Her career path has led her to hold strategic positions in marketing and communications, administrative management and sales, while consolidating her leadership skills through community involvement and public speaking.

Passionate about the development of Africa, she has been and continues to be actively involved in the development of young girls, the empowerment of young mothers and access to education for homeless children and their integration into the socio-professional world.

She holds a Master's degree in Organization and Project Management, and stands out for her creativity, her taste for challenge and her sense of leadership.
