Khalifa Seydi Ababacar Sy Loum
Khalifa is a communications and advocacy professional with more than 13 years of experience in international development across Africa and the Caribbean. He has worked with the World Food Programme (WFP), Oxfam America, UN Women, the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), and the International Trade Centre (ITC), leading strategic communications, policy advocacy, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has translated research and evidence into compelling narratives that strengthen stakeholder engagement, influence public policy, and advance evidence-informed decision-making and inclusive development.
He holds a Master's degree in Media Management from IAE Lille University School of Management (France), a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography, and a Certificate in Five Tips for Communicating with Donors Virtually from Oregon State University. He is fluent in English and French.
