To elaborate diagnosis, to design, implement and evaluate policies, programmes and projects in education, planners and managers must be able to use data and statistical tools to analyse the current situation and the future trends of an education system. 

This MOOC will allow you to develop your capacities in statistics in order to analyse both the current situation, and the trends of the education system in your country.

At the end of the course, you will be able to:

• Calculate measures of central tendency, variation and evolution with respect to educational data 
• Select, among these measures, those appropriate for the study of current trends and evolutions within the education system
• Apply these statistics to your educational context
