Communications Officer, Education and Skills Data Project

Mina Okuru is a communications professional with proven experience and in-depth knowledge in strategic corporate communications and public relations with excellent record in Employee Engagement, Public Relations, Media Relations, Political and Public Diplomacy, Campaigns and Advocacy, Reputation and Crises Management, International Relations and Diaspora diplomacy.

Prior to joining ADEA, Mina was the Diaspora Engagement Manager (UK-Ghana) at the British High Commission Accra where she managed the High Commission’s relationship with the UK-Ghana diaspora in all its forms – people to people, diaspora organisations and governement to governement policy. She also worked as a Support Project Manager for Citizen Engagement and Innovative Data Use for Africa’s Development at the African Union.

Mina holds a Master’s degree in International Public Relations and Global Communications Management from Cardiff University in the UK.
