Former Knowledge Management Officer

Amina brings a wealth of over thirty years of experience as a seasoned education and training specialist in the development sector. With a distinguished postgraduate degree, she has a proven track record of impactful contributions in various capacities, including roles at international organizations (UNESCO/IIEP, African Development Bank, OECD…), Development Agencies (GIZ, DDC, AFD/Expertise France...) and the private sector (TECNITAS/VERITAS, GOPA, SFERE...).

Amina's skills and expertise encompass designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative studies, analyzing policies for education, employment, and gender-related systems, and managing projects using the project cycle. She is also an expert in designing tailored master plans and training programs based on needs assessments. She has a solid experience in competency-based training (CBT) and adult learning principles, leveraging instructional and learning experience designs, storytelling, and technology by developing e-learning and hybrid/blended courses. In a previous collaboration with ADEA as the Thematic Coordinator of Common Core Skills for ADEA's Triennale (2012), she has showcased her expertise in writing concept notes, assessing studies, presenting analytical work to high-level participants, including Heads of States, and drafting a policy note to the President of Burkina Faso, that was later discussed at the African Union.

As the Knowledge Management Officer (KMO) for ADEA, she focuses on updating the Knowledge Hub while providing support to her colleagues, reflecting her ongoing commitment to education and training in Africa.
